This week’s AHDA Conference & Exhibition has been postponed.
The event was due to run on Wednesday, January 12, and Thursday, January 13; AHDA Council met last week and unanimously agreed to postpone the event.
Bryan Lovegrove, AHDA’s secretary general, said: “With the increase spread of the Omicron variant infections, there has been growing concern about holding the AHDA Conference at this time, even though technically it was within Government regulations to go ahead. AHDA Council felt that postponing the event was the responsible decision to take.
“Whilst disappointing we look forward to a new date within 2022 and we are currently working with the hotel to get a new date fixed as soon as possible. We will be rolling forwards all existing bookings to the new date.”
