Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health has announced a new CPD festival called Wormstock for SQPs interested in improving their knowledge of parasite control. The festival will take place at two venues in England in the autumn.

SQPs can sign up to attend one of the free Wormstock festival events, benefitting from a day of high-quality multi-species parasite control CPD training.

Species sessions will cover the latest thinking on best practice worm control and resistance management, led by Boehringer Ingelheim’s in-house technical vets. A session on ‘the Influential SQP’, covering communication skills and sales training will add to the day’s learning, led by business consultant and coach, Dewi Hughes. Festival attendees will also be able to meet Boehringer Ingelheim’s Ruminant Specialists and marketing team.

The Wormstock festival will take place on Tuesday, October 17, at Cambridge Country Club, and Wednesday, November 1, at Sandy Park Conference and Banqueting Centre, Exeter.

AMTRA points and Vetpol hours accredited to the Wormstock festival will be announced nearer to the event dates.
