This week’s first OvertheCounter CPD Regional Seminar has been heralded as a success, with the event attracting a range of SQPs from across the North West.
Held at The Villa at North End in Preston on Monday evening, topics covered included fly control, calf health, liver fluke in cattle and sheep and trade element deficiencies and their impact on health.
Attendees to the Seminar, which was supported by AMTRA and sponsored by Animax, Merial, Tulivin and Zoetis, were able to earn up to 20 CPD points. A free meal was also provided during the event.
The Seminar concluded with a question and answer session, where a number of SQPs asked the speakers about issues affecting the industry.
The second OvertheCounter CPD Regional Seminar takes place at Somerset County Cricket Club in Taunton on Wednesday, May 24.
