The Pet Food Manufacturers’ Association (PFMA) is to host a two-day residential course, aimed at pet professionals, with a dedicated number of tickets for PFMA members and non-members.
During the training course, the PFMA, in collaboration with some of the most well-known industry experts, will provide a range of lectures and workshops to give an overview of the UK pet food industry.
The course content will cover several aspects of pet food production, labelling and marketing regulations along with species-specific nutrition of companion animals.
Sarah Hormozi, PFMA’s science and education manager, said: “In 2019, we launched the first round of the PFMA Nutrition Course, which was exclusively available to the members of the PFMA.
“The first two events were highly successful and well-received, underlining the need for more training of this nature. We are pleased to announce that we have increased our capacity to allow more pet professionals to benefit from this excellent opportunity to learn and refresh their knowledge.”
The 2020 course dates (April 28-29 and June 23-24) are now open for registration for both PFMA members and non-members. Each round of the course will have a maximum capacity of 30 attendees.
PFMA members will benefit from a 50% discount on the course fee. Please click HERE for more information and to register.
