Vetpol has announced that AMTRA SQPs are most welcome to attend the SQP Congress, which takes place in Loughborough on April 8.
AMTRA SQPs can claim up to 30% of the required CPD points via self-reflection; with the purpose of self-reflection to ensure that AMTRA SQPs could access a wider range of information available to them.
Caroline Johnson, a director of Vetpol, said that the SQP Congress fits this well.
Mrs Johnson said: “Vetpol’s aim has always been to bring the SQP community together, so we are delighted to welcome AMTRA SQPs to our next SQP Congress.
“Vetpol SQPs can claim eight hours CPD for attending SQP Congress, while we have received confirmation that AMTRA SQPs may claim up to 30% of their CPD target using the new self-reflection learning system.”
Mrs Johnson said that the next Congress is focused on Companion Animal and Vetpol plans to offer farm and equine streams in 2026.
“We look forward to developing future Congresses for the benefits of all SQPs,” Mrs Johnson said, “regardless of the species in which they are qualified or the Register on which they sit.”
